Joy and Liam’s wedding was bursting with soft hues in bold textures highlighting our custom made pillars at ceremony, and floral design concepts that were brought to life for ‘above and beyond’ floral arrangements.
Scroll around the photos I took of our work for their day in April 2026, along with the details of their flower recipe.

Personals

Rio Joy was our bride, and it truly was a real joy to work with her! We created her dream bouquet as a medium sized front-facing in all white and medium-small bouquets in soft colors and textures for her bridesmaids.

Mothers received a bouquet presentation along with wrist corsages for the couple’s wedding sponsors.
The groom was set apart with in an all-white boutonnière to match his bride. Groomsmen and wedding sponsors had touches of color.
ceremony
Months in advance, we shopped long and hard for pillars (even going up to the LA flower market) and found nothing we wanted to commit to. So we went custom made and “hired” my very own husband to build ceremony pillars to spec. Rodney is such a good sport and so good to us. They are perfect! We are blown away and look forward to using them for years to come.

Ceremony included a total of six large arrangements – two at the top of the pillars, two at the bottom of the pillars, along with two at aisle entry. There was one precious flower girl who dropped white rose petals.
I loved the drama and the sheer beauty. I’m still gasping at Karen’s work!
bar

sweetheart table

Ceremony arrangements were repurposed by our team during cocktail hour. Four of the floor arrangements were placed at the front of the sweetheart table. One cascading arrangement was repurposed for the front of the intimate sweetheart cake table. One cascading arrangement became the focal for the bar.
Not shown are the 15 bud vase arrangements placed for their cocktail hour.
cake

Their cake was made by me via Mili’s Sweets. The 6″ heart shape two-layer was vegan Chocolate Raspberry on the inside. The outside was decorated in their choice of classic vanilla buttercream with a one of a kind vintage piping I created with Liam and Joy in mind.

welcome table

The couple had pretty framed photos and thoughtful details along with six bud vases.
reception tables
Sixteen farm tables were adorned with lightweight runners, our tabletop rentals including clear glass hurricane shades, clear glass candle holders, and white taper candles, venue-provided votives, and five bud vase arrangements using clean and modern-style vessels.
