Glorified Hobby is made up of two expert wedding vendors and a trusted circle of professional assistants. Karen and I have each fulfilled literally hundreds of weddings and events. With GH, we have a partnership that easily-clicks. We both give our all, care deeply, and genuinely love what we do.
About fifteen years ago, we met when she was referred as the florist for an event I was dessert-catering through Mili’s Sweets. That introduction sparked a sister-like friendship of support and gratitude.
We collaborated regularly referring clients to one another, and working side by side on countless weddings and events, cultivating trust and lasting relationships in the industry. With all of my phone consultation for wedding clients, I was recognizing a clear need and void in San Diego’s high demand wedding market: high-quality florals at reasonable prices, without a required minimum. In January 2019, we took the leap and I launched Glorified Hobby florist services, as a second small business and trusted vendor service.
Karina, a master florist, brings unmatched expertise in crafting stunning arrangements within realistic budgets. I share her passion, onsite vendor practices in floral design, and client relations, to lead our trusted network of professionally experienced assistants. Together we deliver extraordinary results for every client we serve.
